Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Installation Technicians for projects located in or around Cincinnati, OH. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a HVAC Installation Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

  • Install and connect HVAC ductwork and related components
  • Wire and connect HVAC controls, equipment, and machinery
  • Troubleshoot HVAC systems and identify mechanical or electrical issues
  • Read and interpret HVAC schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints
  • Assist with equipment installation, startup, and system testing
  • Perform HVAC service calls alongside the team as needed
  • Diagnose system problems and assist with repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience preferred
  • Experience installing commercial HVAC ductwork
  • Working knowledge of HVAC electrical controls and wiring
  • Ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints
  • HVAC license or certification preferred
  • Must provide and wear required PPE, including:
    • Hard Hat
    • Safety Glasses
    • Work Gloves
    • High-Visibility Vest
    • Appropriate Work Boots
  • Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
