Carpenter

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters for projects located in the Pickerington, OH area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Perform commercial carpentry work on new construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
• Install metal studs, framing, blocking, backing, and structural supports
• Install doors, frames, hardware, trim, and other building components
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install construction materials
• Safely operate basic hand tools and power tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work alongside other trades and follow direction from supervisors and project managers
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and OSHA requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years commercial carpentry
• Must have required PPE including hard hat, safety glasses, work gloves, high-visibility vest, and appropriate work boots
