Plumber

Job Scope:

• Read and interpret plumbing blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
• Install, assemble, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
• Install domestic hot and cold water supply piping
• Install sanitary sewer, waste, and vent (DWV) systems
• Install storm drainage and roof drainage systems
• Install and connect plumbing fixtures, including toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, and floor drains
• Install water heaters, pumps, valves, backflow preventers, and related equipment
• Perform underground plumbing installations and rough-ins
• Perform above-ground piping installations and plumbing connections
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, fit, and join various types of piping
• Install and connect PVC, CPVC, copper, cast iron, PEX, and other approved piping materials
• Conduct pressure testing, leak testing, and system inspections
• Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs
• Coordinate plumbing installations with other construction trades
• Ensure all installations comply with applicable plumbing codes, project specifications, and approved plans
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Complete assigned work according to project schedules and quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous commercial plumbing experience 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
• Ability to perform pressure testing, leak testing, and system troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and installation practices
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
