Frame Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Frame Welders for a projects located in the St. Louis, MO area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $25-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Fabricate and weld structural frames for air handling units
• Use angle iron and square tubing
• Read blueprints
• Perform fitting, cutting, grinding, and welding prep

• 2 years of MIG GMAW and Flux Core FCAW welding on carbon steel stainless steel and aluminum
• Pass an AWS D1.1 weld test
• Must have own welding hood and steel toe boots
• TIG and pipe welding experience are a plus
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
