Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Scaffold Erectors for projects located in the Norfolk, VA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Scaffold Erector and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:         

  •  Set up and take down scaffolding components including base plates, frames, cross braces, planks, and guardrails using hand and power tools
  • Follow strict OSHA guidelines, wear fall protection equipment, and verify that structures are stable
  • Inspect, load, unload, and hoist scaffolding parts to and from the work area
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • OSHA 10; TI can provide training for qualified candidates
  • Fall protection certification
  • All PPE, harness, and lanyard
  • Pass a drug screen, and background check
