Steel Erector

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Steel Erectors for projects located in the Sauk Rapids, MN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $40/hour based on experience plus $100/day per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:        

• Erect and install pre-engineered steel buildings, including structural steel frameworks
• Install metal wall panels, roof panels, and related building components
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and installation plans
• Assemble and secure conventional structural steel frameworks on commercial and industrial job sites
• Safely operate hand tools and construction equipment used during steel erection

• Minimum 5 years of professional steel erection experience
• Hands-on experience with pre-engineered metal buildings and structural steel frameworks
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
• Experience installing metal wall and roof panels
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
