Journeyman Electrician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for projects located in ora round Grove Heights, MN. Job Scope:        

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of fire alarm and life-safety systems 
• Install and terminate conduit, wiring, panels, devices, power supplies, disconnects, feeders, and related electrical equipment
• Perform authorized higher-voltage electrical work supporting fire protection systems
• Read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, wiring diagrams, and project specifications
• Troubleshoot electrical and fire alarm system issues and perform necessary repairs
• Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and project requirements
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Journeyman Electrician experience
• Experience with fire alarm and life-safety systems preferred
• Ability to install, terminate, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and schematics
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
