Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Marine Assembler's for projects located in or around Edgewater, FL. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $27/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
• Assemble, fit, and install marine components according to specifications and production standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively
• Perform work independently with minimal direction while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Identify and address quality issues, defects, and process inefficiencies
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments
• Work overtime as needed to meet production and scheduling requirements
• Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in assembly, manufacturing, marine, mechanical, or a related skilled trade environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to train and transfer knowledge to other employees
