Drywall Hanger / Painter

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Drywall Hangers / Painters for projects located in or around Eugene, OR.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $20-$28/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Drywall Hanger / Painter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:  

• Cut, hang, install, and repair drywall
• Perform drywall taping, mudding, patching, and finishing
• Skim coat and sand drywall to achieve smooth, professional finishes
• Apply hand and machine textures
• Match existing drywall textures during repairs and restoration projects
• Prepare drywall surfaces for painting
• Perform interior and exterior painting using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Complete surface preparation, masking, caulking, sanding, and staining
• Safely move and protect customer furnishings and belongings as needed
• Calculate material and supply requirements for projects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with project managers and team members
