Aluminum MIG/TIG Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Aluminum MIG/TIG Welders for projects located in or around Vancouver, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $27–$32/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components according to blueprint specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, product prints, and welding symbols
• Fit and weld component parts accurately to required specifications
• Use hand tools, clamps, grinders, and fabrication equipment
• Build basic jigs and fixtures as needed
• Safely rig, handle, and move completed parts throughout the production process
• Inspect and self-assess completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform fitting and finishing work to meet production requirements
• Complete basic maintenance on welding equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Participate in team meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Work effectively as part of a production team
