Roofer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Roofers for projects located in or around Tickfaw, LA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Roofer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:        

• Set up and operate a tar pot
• Spread roofing rock 
• Perform flashing installation and repairs
• Assist with roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Work on various projects throughout the Baton Rouge and New Orleans areas
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all jobsite safety standards

Requirements:

• Must have basic roofing hand tools
• Must have required PPE
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
