Licensed Sheet Metal Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Licensed Sheet Metal Technicians for projects located in or around Stamford, CT. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $48-$49/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:   

• Install pre-fabricated ductwork in an existing commercial building
• Read and interpret blueprint drawings, architectural plans, and specifications
• Install rectangular, round, and spiral metal duct systems
• Measure, cut, and secure ductwork, hangers, and supports
• Apply sealants and insulation to duct joints
• Ensure all work meets local mechanical codes and commercial safety standards
