Sheet Metal Mechanic

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for projects located in or around Chattanooga, TN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-$28/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Sheet Metal Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:       

• Measure and mark dimensions on sheet metal materials
• Cut and shape metal to required specifications
• Drill, rivet, and bolt sheet metal components together
• Install fabricated metal parts and HVAC ductwork on commercial construction sites
• Make modifications and adjustments to installations as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints and project drawings
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all job site safety standards
