HVAC Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in the Los Angeles, CA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $35-45/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, AC units, and ventilation equipment
  
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and manufacturer specifications
  
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure systems run efficiently
  
• Work on active commercial projects including banks, restaurants, office buildings, and retail facilities
  
• Maintain quality workmanship while meeting tight project construction schedules

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/AC technician experience preferred
• All PPE
• Basic hand tools and HVAC tools including: 
  • Manifold gauge set (for R410A/R22)
  • Multimeter and electrical testing tools
  • Hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, wire strippers, sheet metal snips, pliers)
  • Cordless drill and basic bits
  • Tubing cutters and flaring tools
  • Additional HVAC hand tools as required
