Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Warren, OH. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $27-$29/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Maintenance Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:       

• Perform general maintenance work throughout the facility
• Replace and install ceiling lights
• Switch cover plates, including converting duplex to single and installing GFCI outlets
• Perform hot and cold water system work including draining systems and replacing faucets
• Complete electrical work including converting fire systems from wired to wireless
• Patch holes and perform drywall repairs or replacements
• Replace doors as needed
• Support overall site maintenance and repair needs

• Must have experience performing general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
• Must have basic PPE and hand tools
• Must be able to perform drywall patching and light repair work
• Must be reliable and able to start on scheduled date
• Must be safety-conscious and able to follow site procedures
• Must be able to work under direction of site contact as needed
