Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Michigan City, IN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $20-25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:        

• Perform general repairs involving plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Respond to work orders/emergencies
• Troubleshoot and perform inspections
• Upkeep of the common areas/grounds

• 2+ years of handyman experience
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical
• Basic hand tools
