Plumbing Estimator / Licensed Plumber

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Plumbing Estimator's / Licensed Plumber's for projects located in or around Dayton, OH.  This is a first time opportunity and the pay rate is up to $40/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Plumber and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:      

• Review plans and specifications for bidding and estimating
• Oversee plumbing projects from pre-construction through completion
• Oversee rough-ins, top-outs, trim work, inspections, closeouts, and warranty processes
• Coordinate with General Contractors and project stakeholders
• Support projects in a variety of sectors including fuel stations, convince stores, hotels, nursing homes, commercial facilities and more

Requirements:

• Valid OH Plumbing License
• Minimum 5 years of plumbing estimating experience
• Proven experience leading commercial plumbing projects
• Strong blueprint and plan review skills
• Possess Construction OSHA 10 certification; TI may provide to qualified candidates
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• A valid driver’s license and clear MVR report is required
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
