GFRC Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced GFRC Technicians for projects located in the Orlando, FL area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $23-25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Handle full GFRC fabrication: mold prep, mixing, casting, curing, finishing, and QC
  
• Prepare molds: cleaning, sealing, applying release agents
  
• Mix materials accurately: cement, sand, polymers, water, glass fibers
  
• Apply GFRC using spray-up, premix, or hybrid methods
  
• Consolidate, roll, and compact to eliminate air voids
  
• Demold, patch, sand, and finish components
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Experience with GFRC, concrete casting, or similar composite materials
• OSHA 10: TI can provided training for qualified candidates
• All PPE
• Familiarity with spray-up and premix application methods
