HVAC Service Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in the Grants Pass, OR area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $28-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:       

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
  
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative service
  
• Service furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini-split systems, and related equipment
  
• Identify and recommend necessary repairs and replacement options
  
• Complete accurate service reports and job documentation
  
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
  
• Safely operate a company vehicle while traveling between service locations
  
• Provide professional and courteous customer service on occupied residential and commercial sites
  
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards

• HVAC service and troubleshooting experience required
• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug screen
• EPA Certification
• 4+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Experience servicing a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
