Plumber

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Plumbers of All Skill Levels for projects located in the Metairie, LA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $25+/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:        

• Install, assemble, and repair commercial plumbing systems on a hotel construction project
  
• Work with domestic water, sanitary, waste/vent, and storm piping systems
  
• Install fixtures, valves, hangers, supports, and associated plumbing components
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing layouts
  
• Perform pipe layout, measuring, cutting, threading, and installation of various piping materials
  
• Coordinate with other trades and maintain production in an active commercial construction environment
  
• Ensure all work meets code requirements and project specifications

• Active Journeyman Plumbing License required
• Commercial construction experience required (hotel, multi-story, healthcare, or large commercial projects preferred)
• All PPE
• Standard plumbing hand tools
