Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Chardon, OH area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Switch ceiling lights
• Change cover plates from duplex to single
• Add GFCI outlets
• Work on hot and cold draining systems
• Faucet replacements
• Electrical wiring for fire systems from wired to wireless
• Patch holes
• Drywall and door replacement

• Pass a drug screen, and background check
• Basic PPE
• All hand tools
