Carpenter/Metal Framer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters/Metal Framers for projects located in the Mobile, AL area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30+/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Install metal stud framing, track, backing, and exterior framing systems on commercial projects
  
• Assist with façade installation, exterior wall systems, panels, and structural framing components
  
• Read blueprints and work from layout marks with minimal supervision
  
• Hang drywall and frame walls, soffits, openings, and exterior assemblies as needed
  
• Safely use lifts, lasers, screw guns, impacts, and standard carpenter tools on active commercial jobsites

• Strong commercial metal framing experience required
  
• Facade or exterior wall system experience preferred
  
• Must have basic carpenter hand tools and PPE
  
• Ability to read a tape measure and work efficiently from prints/layouts
  
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
