Paving & Roller Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Paving & Roller Operators for projects located in or around Reading, PA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Paving & Roller Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:       

• Operate paving equipment and rollers safely and efficiently
• Assist with asphalt paving projects, including roadways, parking lots, and site work
• Ensure proper compaction and smooth finishes
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Work as part of a crew to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating paving and/or roller equipment required
• Knowledge of asphalt paving processes and safety standards
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• CDL is a plus, but not required
