Maintenance Millwright

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Millwrights for projects located in or around Nampa, ID.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $29-$35/hour based on experience and skill level.  IF you are a Maintenance Millwright and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:       

• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on CNC machinery, welding systems, cranes, and forklifts
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Maintain facility infrastructure, including air lines, lighting, and general shop safety
• Keep accurate logs of inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Work collaboratively and adapt to training on specialized steel production machinery

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing or steel fabrication preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Commitment to safety and use of required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, gloves)
