Electrician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for projects located in the Rochester, NY area. This is a second shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:     

•  Install 3 1/4 emt conduit & 12 gauge wire to over head panels for 16 commercial overhead garage doors
• Bend conduit with a hand bender
• Use and operate scissor lifts
• Pull wire
• Install power distribution systems, lighting and electrical panels
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, lighting and electrical apparatus using testing equipment
• Interpret electrical drawings schematics and layouts to plan projects
• Ensure all work complies with the national electrical code, NEC and OSHA regulations
  
• Inspect circuits and equipment for safety and functionality

• 7+ years of commercial, residential, or industrial experience
• All electrical hand and power tools
