Field Service Mechanic

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Field Service Mechanics for projects located in the Glendale, WI area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $35-43/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Final assembly of in-house equipment, truck chassis mounting, and hydraulic plumbing
• Wire E-stop controls and circuits
  
• Conduct initial start-up and calibration of hydraulic power units both diesel & electric
• Recondition and service rental fleet equipment to maintain operational readiness
• Provide technical support to customers via phone or in person for troubleshooting field issues
• Perform on site equipment set up, break-in, and on help customer when on-site

• Full standard PPE
• Experience using overhead cranes
  
• Strong background in hydraulic and heavy equipment
  
• Trouble shooting ability mechanical hydrolic & low voltage electrical
  
• Basic diesel system knowledge is a plus
• MIG & Stick welding experience
  
• Hot work, torch, plasma cutter, grinder experience
  
• Willingness to travel less than 25% of the year both domestic and international
