HVAC Installer / Service Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Installer / Service Technician for projects located in or around Portland, OR.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a HVAC Installer / Service Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:       

• HVAC Installer - Job duties
  • Install residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, condensers, and ductwork
  • Read installation plans and ensure systems are installed according to manufacturer and code requirements
  • Test newly installed systems to verify proper operation and airflow
• HVAC Service Technician – Job Duties
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues in residential and light commercial environments
  • Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and checking refrigerant levels
  • Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers
