General Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced General Laborers for projects located in the Reading, PA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $20-22/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a General Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside the best Craft Professionals in the industry, this is your chance to further your career!

Job Scope:        

• Bolt solar panel sections together as part of the pre-assembly process
  
• Place assembled panels onto stands
  
• Move and organize materials as needed
  
• Repeat the same assembly process throughout the shift in a continuous workflow

• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks
• Comfortable lifting and moving materials
• Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift
• Fall Protection / OSHA certification preferred
