Machine Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Machine Operators for projects located in the Scranton, PA area. This is a first & second shift opportunity and the pay rate is $18-22/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Operate high-speed packaging equipment including an Ishida 24-head scale and Triangle VFFS bagger
• Ensure accurate weights, strong seals, and top-quality output
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical/software issues
• Maintain FDA safety standards

• Must have 1+ year of industrial or packaging machine experience (Ishida/Triangle preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 95 lbs
• Work in cold storage (38–40°F)
