Flooring Installer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flooring Installers for projects located in or around Vancouver, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay range is $28-$34/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Flooring Installer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope: 

• VP Installation: Install floating and glue-down LVP
• Tile & Hardwood Installation
• Finishing Work: Fill joints, apply sealants
• Clean the work area to leave it tidy after installation

Requirements:

• Must have basic hand tools including pry bar, hammer, floor scrapers, utility knife
• Must be proficient with scrapers, grinders, and other specialized tools
• Must have PPE including safety vest, boots & gloves
