Shop Laborer (Truss Production/Carpenter)

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Shop Laborers (Truss Productions/Carpenters) for projects located in or around Hugo, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $19/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside the best Craft Professionals in the industry, this is your chance to launch your career!

Job Scope:    

• Move wood materials from one section of the shop to another
• Clean and maintain shop areas
• Hammer in nail plates, web runners, BC runners, truss plates and splices
• Move completed trusses to designated shipping areas

Requirements:

• Must have full PPE
• Must have tools including; hammer, tape measure, utility knife and safety boots
• Must have physical stamina to lift & move materials throughout shift

(Any Info you can find in the Intake Box—if no requirements in the intake, blank is acceptable)

• Minimum of 3 years in the *trade* field
• Must own basic Hand Tools
• Must wear proper PPE
