Commercial Roofer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial Roofers for projects located in or around Buffalo, NY. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate starts at $22/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:    

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems
• Work with roofing materials such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and BUR
• Remove and replace existing roofing systems
• Perform roof inspections and identify problem areas
• Apply insulation, vapor barriers, and waterproofing materials
• Safely operate roofing tools and equipment
• Follow job-site safety regulations and procedures
• Work at heights and in varying weather conditions

Requirements:

• Experience with commercial roofing systems
• Knowledge of roofing materials and installation methods
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to lift and move materials
• Familiarity with roofing tools and equipment
• Strong safety awareness
• Reliable and able to work in a team environment
• OSHA 10; TI may provide to qualified candidates
