This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $34/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Operate and maintain large horizontal boring mill (LHBM) equipment
Use micrometers, calipers, tape measures and scales to verify dimensions and tolerances
Read and interpret engineered drawings and maintain specifications during machining
Observe machining process and product quality to detect malfunctions
Troubleshoot, adjust and reprogram machine controls as needed
Sharpen and replace worn tools
Adhere to quality assurance procedures and processes
