Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Rossford, OH area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:         

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), control system, and pneumatic issues
• Conduct welding repairs and mechanical adjustments to machinery or structural components as needed
• Assist with residential painting projects around the facility to maintain safety standards and aesthetic quality
• Monitor spare parts inventory

• 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong electrical knowledge including 480v and electrical controls
• Experience with diaphragm and centrifugal pumps
  
• Strong plumbing knowledge of pvc cpvc and steel
  
• Knowledge of natural gas burners and convection burners
  
• Ability to read technical schematics blueprints and mechanical drawings accurately
  
• Skilled in welding techniques for repairing or fabricating metal components
