Tube Laser Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Tube Laser Operators for projects located in the Rock Valley, IA area. This is a third shift opportunity and the pay rate is $27/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:         

• Operate a BLM tube laser
• Set up the machine for production runs
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet required tolerances
• Produce and package finished parts
• Perform daily and routine machine maintenance
• Safely operate a forklift
• Occasionally operate an overhead crane
• Lift materials up to 75 lbs as required

• Prior tube laser or similar CNC laser experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand tolerances and part specifications
• Forklift experience required (overhead crane experience a plus)
• Drug and background check required
