Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced NCCCO Certified Crane Operator for projects located in the Knoxville, TN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Crane Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:        

  • Assist with setting structural steel, precast, and heavy iron components
  • Operate cranes to hoist & move structural steel and other heavy materials
  • Work closly with Iron Workers, Riggers, and Signal Persons to complete lifts safely
  • Inspect cranes daily and ensure equipment is in proper working order
  • Set up, tear down, and transport cranes
  • Follow all OSHA and site specific safety procedures
  • Perform maintenance checks
  • Report any mechanical issues

Requirements

  • Valid NCCCO Crane Operator Certification
  • Valid Class A CDL License
  • Experience setting structural steel or working with iron crews
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
