Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Manufacturing Laborers for projects located in the Tri Cites, WA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $22-28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

  • Load materials into machines and operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed
  • Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
  • Complete required production documentation and logs
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Report equipment issues or quality problems to supervisors
  • Set up, adjust, and operate production machines based on specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment
  • Monitor machine performance and output quality throughout shifts
  • Ensure machines comply with safety and quality standards
  • Read and interpret work orders, technical sheets, and production specifications
