Industrial Painter

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Industrial Painters for a project located in West Fargo, ND.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay range is $30-$31/hour based on experience and skill level.  *If you are a Painter eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside the best Craft Professionals in the industry, this is your chance to launch your career!

Job Scope:         

• Apply primer and topcoat to custom semitrailers using electrostatic painting equipment
• Perform booth painting in a clean climate controlled facility
• Paint in multiple positions and use a creeper as needed.
• Ensure paint meets required thickness and verify using a mil gauge
• Inspect surface prep to confirm it meets specifications before painting
• Complete touch-ups or rework when required
• Maintain &  inspect equipment
• Operate Overhead Crane as needed 
• Handle, store & properly dispose of hazardous materials

Requirements:

• Must show attention to detail & quality
• Must have PPE including a respirator fit test
• Must pass drug screen
• Must pass background check
