Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Durham, NC area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $26-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Troubleshoot & repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, supply line, understanding shutoff valves water pressure and basic installations
Conduct minor electrical repairs such as outlet and switch replacement, fixture installation and circuit diagnostics
Thermostat replacement, basic troubleshooting and servicing HVAC units
Diagnose & repair a range of household appliances including stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, belt replacement, heating elements, sensors, washers, and dryers
Install and adjust doors, replace locks and hardware
Complete lock changes or rekeys as needed
Landscaping basics complete work orders efficiently and report status via mobile or written communication tools
Ensure all work complies with local state and federal building codes and safety regulations
Provide emergency oncall support on a rotational basis
