Sheet Metal Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Sheet Metal Technicians for projects located in the Portsmouth, VA area.  This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $26-29/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:       

• Sheet metal fabrication
• Cut, shape, bend, and join sheet metal
• Identify & resolve issues or defects in sheet metal products or installations
• Measure, mark & lay out work pieces using measuring tools & equipment such as calipers, rulers, and squares
• Ensure accurate dimensions and fit
