HVAC Service Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in Pittston, PA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:      

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial HVAC
  systems, including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, air handlers, heat
  pumps, and chillers
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial boiler systems (steam and
  hydronic), including pumps, valves, burners, and controls
• Conduct preventative maintenance programs and seasonal tune-ups on
  HVAC and boiler equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and control diagrams for
  system functionality and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory
  requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC and boiler
  service
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, combustion analysis, and
  control systems
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Proven ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience with Energy Management Systems (EMS/BAS)
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair knowledge
• PPE required: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, high visibility vest
• Must be able to use ladders and work from heights
