HVAC Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in the Avon, NY area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $32-35/hour based on experience plus $125/day per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:         

• Conduct maintenance and repairs of facility systems including compressed air, rooftop HVAC, low- and high-pressure steam, ammonia refrigeration, fire systems, plant heating and air conditioning systems, and other mechanical systems
• Operate ammonia refrigeration and steam systems, monitor heating and cooling systems via SCADA
• Read, interpret & apply sketches, prints and operating instructions
• Complete building rounds
• Work in extreme temperatures, freezer environments and boiler room
• Fabricate parts for repairs
• Perform diagnostic analysis on electrical circuits

• Experience with refrigeration, steam generation, compressed air, and HVAC systems
