Flat Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for a project located in Waupaca, WI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Flat Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:   

• Welding maintenance & repairs on industrial equipment & pipelines
• Stick SMAW & fluxcore FCAW welding
• Shut down work
• Fabricating & assembling parts
• Performing structural welds on heavy steel
• Inspect welds for quality

Requirements:

• Must have stick (SMAW) &  fluxcore (FCAW) experience
