Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a project located in Greensboro, NC.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay range is $26-$28/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Maintenance Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:     

• Install & maintain locking system
• Cut & issue keys for all residential facilities
• Cut keys using code numbers & code books
• Key to grand master & master key locks
• Install & repair exit devices & door closures
• Repair & adjust doors to operate properly
• Address security and emergency needs related to doors & door hardware
• Read blueprints & log keys for new construction & renovation
• Alternate monthly to work on call & carry the pager assigned
• Inspect all tools & equipment
• Provide a list of tools & materials stored in the shop
• Receive materials & supplies
• Stock materials in warehouse & truck
• Other tasks as assigned 

Requirements:

• Must be a certified registered locksmith
• Must have previous locksmith experience
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent or demonstrate possess the competencies necessary to perform the work
