Industrial Electrician

• Provide hands-on supervision of the maintenance team while performing general and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, repair, fabricate, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems on production, processing, packaging, and utility equipment.
• Train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff; ensure preventative maintenance work orders are completed on schedule.
• Participate in equipment installation, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

• • Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician in a supervisory/maintenance role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Ability to lead a team, train staff, and follow safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
