Machinist Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Machine Operators for projects located in the Dubuque, IA area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is $20+/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:         

• Set up and operate stamping presses (100 to 800 tons)
  
• Hang coil material for press operations
  
• Accurately set dies and perform die changes
•  Perform quality checks and part inspections as needed
  
• Work with sheared strip and bar stock material
  
• Operate using a wide range of materials, including:
  
• • Low carbon steel (C1006)
  • High carbon steel (C1075 / C1090)
    
  • HSLA Grade 50 and Grade 80
    
  • 300/400 series stainless steel
    
  • Aluminum, copper, and bronze
