Construction Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Construction Laborers for projects located in and around Evansville, IN.  This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $23/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Assist in the installation of interior subsurface drainage at the American Senior Community
• Perform excavation and trenching as needed
• Lay and secure drain tile or piping
• Backfill and compact soil
• Maintain general site cleanup throughout the project
• Follow all safety protocols and work under the direction of the site supervisor

Requirements:

• • Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to follow directions
  • Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
  • Must provide and wear full standard PPE
  • Willingness to work safely and adhere to all site protocols
  • Prior construction experience preferred but not required
