Trim / Finish Carpenter

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Trim / Finish Carpenters for projects located in and around Oconomowoc, WI. Job Scope:

• Perform high-quality trim and finish carpentry in multi-family residential buildings.
• Accurately measure, cut, and install various types of trim, including:
  Baseboards, Crown molding, Door and window casings, Chair rails, Stair railings and decorative trim
• Cabinet installation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Install doors, windows, staircases, and custom built-ins to precise specifications.
• Ensure all work is clean, level, plumb, and aligned to industry-leading craftsmanship standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure job site safety and cleanliness.
• Work may also include commercial-grade hardware installation
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finish/trim carpentry (multi-family project experience strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with commercial grade hardware installation is a plus
• Must have a valid OSHA 10 certification prior to starting
• Strong background in cabinet installation and detailed finish work
• Must bring your own tools and PPE suitable for finish carpentry
• Reliable transportation
