Commercial Framer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Commercial Framers for projects located in and around Oconomowoc, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $25-36/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Commercial Framer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Perform rough framing tasks on multi-family construction sites using prefabricated wall systems
• Stick framing, layout, and installation of walls, floors, and roof systems
• Set and sheet floor and roof trusses
• Cut and install rafters
• Read and follow basic blueprints or framing layouts
• Perform blocking, layout, and other framing prep work
• Maintain job site cleanliness and safety at all times
• Work efficiently with a team to meet deadlines
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial rough carpentry experience
• OSHA 10 certification (must be completed before submission or start)
• Hand tools & proper PPE
• Must pass drug screen
• Reliable transportation 
• Willingness to travel around job sites
