This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Tile demo and surface prep on balconies
Sound testing for concrete spalls
Cut, chip, and patch with repair mortar
Epoxy waterproofing: base coat, fabric embedding, sand broadcast, and top coat
Grout over broadcast surface
Paint balcony surfaces (walls, ceilings, edges, undersides)
Sealant/caulking replacement around windows and joints
Debris removal and site clean-up
Assist tile installers as needed
